Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after they are submitted. For that reason, we are unable to cancel, modify, edit, or add items to an order once it has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns

Jigsaw Puzzle Zone does not accept general returns.

We only offer refunds for products purchased directly through https://jigsawpuzzlezone.com/ that arrive damaged or broken. To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear photo evidence showing the damage.

Our refund eligibility period lasts 30 days from the shipment date. If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or store credit.

Please note:

  • Refunds do not apply to missing puzzle pieces.
  • Do not send your item back unless instructed by our Customer Support team.

Any unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Refunds

Refunds may only be issued for eligible purchases made directly through Jigsaw Puzzle Zone within 30 days of shipment.

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund posts.
  3. Contact your bank for further processing details.
